Hello guys..........changing the shoes on the truck and on the drivers side, the wire cable that does the self adjusting when backing up, was almost frayed into. I have looked all over and found none. Any ideas of a source. Thanks, David.

 

If you look for a parking brake cable you might have better luck, the self adjusting is just a side effect.

 

Ok, what I ended up doing as I could not find a direct replacement, I ordered two from NAPA that were a little longer, pried open the crimp on the loop end, repositioned the wire to make them the same length of the old ones recrimped and then installed. Worked fine. Less than $10.
