No start just clicks

Bought a 93 pickup sr5 4x4(3vze) a few months ago.went to start the truck this morning and all i get is fast clicking sound from the passenger side and wont start.pressed the clutch delete button and tried to start the truck but just a single click and still no start.
i have been going through multiple threads on here and havent found anything similar?not sure where to start.

What would be the simplest explanation for a problem like that? Yup, low battery. Put your multimeter on the battery posts. If below, oh, 12.3volts, you need to hook up a charger.

I do not believe that you could not find similar problem on this forum.
A problem well-stated is a problem almost solved.
Exactly what and where is clicking?

We do not know your technical level is.
EXACTLY how did you determine that battery is fine?

Got'er goin.been busy last couple of days so this morning i decided to have another look.ill admit i know very little about electrical but mechanical i am quite knowledgable.
i started with the battery.checked it with an analog multimeter and it was a little low prob from trying to start it the other day.hooked it up to the battery charger.
started looking at the wiring coming off the battery.followed the main positive wire going to the starter.at the connection to the starter solenoid there was some green corrosion on the ring terminal.i peeled the electrical tape off and it was actually quite clean underneath.so i cleaned all the corrosion off, retaped and put it back on.
I turned the key over and it started right away.
the other day when i couldnt get the truck to start it was -13°C.today was +2.maybe my battery doesnt have enough CCA?
thanx to all who replied
