i have a 95 4 runner 3.0 car came in with a no start. i checked the timing belt. and fount the tensioner bolt had backed off cocking the pulley and belt jumped time and chewed it up good. replaced t belt and water pump. went to start it and no start sounds like timing is off double check my marks all good then i proceeded to check fuel all good spark all good inj pulse all good. just tried a dist no change. so im all out of ideas????

I know you're posting from a phone (and probably posting this to a dozen sites, so you're in a hurry), but if you don't use some punctuation people here aren't going to know what's going on. "just tried a dist no change."?

A very common cause of "no start" is having the induction plumbing disconnected. Air has to be pulled through the VAF to hold the COR closed to keep the fuel pump running.
A possible cause of "sounds like timing is way off but timing light says it's correct" is a broken annular rubber ring in the harmonic balancer.
