1995 Power Window only goes down

1995 Power Window only goes down

Hello all.. I have a 1995 4runner and the passenger window will only go down. I have changed the switch, checked motor(good) Its the passenger front. Any help would be appreciaed!!

Update... Does not operate from the drivers side at all... All other windows work perfect... Pass door window will only go down from the pass switch.. I pulled the control module and I dont see any burnt issues.

Stop replacing things that you are not absolutely sure are broken, cost you money and not fix the problem.
How did you check the motor?
When you pushed to UP position what voltage did you get at motor?
When you pushed to DOWN position what voltage did you get at motor?
