93 Toyota 22RE will not turn over
All right ya'll I am trying to get my 93 TOYOTA running. One day it was running the next it died....I have changed and checked the spark plugs and wires, distributor rotor and cap, fuel filter, fuel pump, changed the EFI relay, checked the Main relay, new battery......IT WILL NOT TURN OVER!!! it cranks and acts like it wants to start but never does. I am ready to pull my hair out.... any suggestions would really be useful at this point.

First, vocabulary. As far ask I can tell from your post, your truck is CLEARLY "turning over" (the crank is turning). It may even be "catching." ("acts like it wants to start.") What it is not doing is "trying to run," "idling smoothly."
Second, why did you change all those parts? And was it before or after the truck failed to start?
Do you have spark? (put your timing light on each plug wire as you crank it). Do you have fuel? (Pull a spark plug; is it wet?) Is the induction plumbing (everything from the air cleaner to the throttle body) all hooked up?

When you say it will not Crank over, most will take it to be a starter issue. From the rest of your post, it sounds like it just wont run.
Like the others have mentioned, basically cut the problem in two. Easiest to see if you are/not getting spark. The other problem is seeing if you are getting fuel. A shot of Starting Fluid is quick to determine if it will run if it was getting fuel.
I pull the Return line and see if I am getting fuel thru the rail by jumping Fp and +B.
Fp +B Fuel Pump Test for 87 and newer. Use a paper clip for better results.
