But you can't possibly tell if it is leaking in the state in which you photographed it. Fluid is all over the place -- even on the battery tray!
Clean it up first; for this, soap and water (garden hose) will work fine. Then start it, run it for 15 seconds, stop and look carefully for leaks.
Gravity is not your friend; if anything above the actuator leaks (PS pump, hoses, etc.) it will soak the actuator.
