86 22re WEIRD sound

So this is my Dd and I usually only have to drive 5 mins away from the house to work all week. Well I have been having problems with my tps and lugging and my engine will die and won't start up for a min or 2 also burns extremely rich. I believe it's my tps. The strange sound tho only happens at 3k rpm or higher it almost sounds like water it's so hard to explain it sounds like a pool of water under my dash that's being shooken around. Does any one have any ideas. At first I thought something bursted and there would be oil every where or something nothing has popped open it's the strangest sound I've ever heard from any vehicle. I checked ny trouble codes I got 4 5 and 7. The one o2 sensor I know of its right off the exhaust manifold the thermo sensor broke off the coolant intake and just need to splice a new cap and the tps is a new one for me

The sensor issues is likely your running rich problem. The water in the dash sounds like you have have in the heatercore. Crank the truck up and chit the heat on all the way with the blower about 1/3 the way on and try bleeding the cooling system

How would I bleed the coolant would it be where u drain the coolant? If I'm gonna do this I want to make sure to take the tps off when I do it because I need to get it off and check it.

I have 2 questions
1 last night on 22reperformance I read that the early 22re's should be ran with the green prestone stuff. I recently flushed the whole coolant system and replaced it with stock Toyota coolant. I haven't noticed any over heating or anything just wondering if I'm gonna do long term damage using stock Toyota fluid.

I have tryed to get the tps off and can't get any screw driver on there because of the position the steel vacuum lines are in the way I've tryed using the s shaped one's it was to big. Any suggestions pics of it being done would help
Thanks in advance

So today I uninsured my truck I spent 2 hours trying to get to work because it wouldn't stay running . I'm not sure what the sound is yet but when I checked my radiator today and seemed extremely dry and I haven't noticed any leak espesially that much so time to drain my oil and see if its milky I'm praying it's not cuz I have not the experience to rebuild my engine so we will see tomorrow !

It was a bad thermostat switch on top of the thermostat housing
