The top hole is for the heater controls. You need to look under the dash to see if the rest of the system is there, The smaller hole to the right is for the digital clock. Beneath that the radio is gone.

 

Carpet, or any kind of flooring.

 

And the cigarette lighter. On the bright side the dash pad looks great and what is there looks really clean.

 

thanks guys i have a radio i just need the climate control really and my friend has the lighter, i do need carpet. Me and my friend took out the whole dash and painted it with 3 coats of interior paint. then put it all back in. I really need a blinker and headlamp switch because mine is broken and when i hit a bump my blinker turns on, also i cant keep my bright lights off i have to hold it so i dont blind people, and sometimes that doesnt always work.

 

Well that explains why the dash looks so fresh. Good job. You can probably buy all the parts you need from people here who are parting out 4Runners. I've bought many things from other members and have always been happy with my purchases. They tend to be cheaper than eBay. You can get used carpet and power wash it before installing it. Some people have spray painted theirs with vinyl/carpet paint. Some people have bought new indoor/outdoor carpet from Lowes and cut to fit. New custom cut carpet sets are about $150 from eBay. You could also paint the floor with bed liner. I have vinyl floors in my '89 DLX and I'm loving those. I never see vinyl floors for sale.
