both Chrysler and GM have wire and connector repair kits you can purchase to fix a damaged connector or wire harness, as opposed to buying the entire harness.




the connector on the igniter on my 3VZE has several broken wires at the base of the connector, I have jury-rigged it for now, but I would rather replace the connector and wires if possible without having to replace the entire harness.




I could possible make my own using the plastic housing I have if I can find a source to locate the internal pins.




any ideas?

 

While I haven't done it myself, others on this forum report that each plug has a Toyota part number (I hope you kept the parts of the plug you want).

This post shows how to replace the pins in a plug.
