94 4 runner best way to lift?
Newbie here to 4 wheeling and lifting, I come from racing mitsubishi's and Im very mechanically inclined.
Just looking to find out what the best and easiest way to lift my new 4 runner. I saw a rough country lift but it was a bit pricey. Is there a better alternative to a complete kit like the said rough country?
Looking for 3-5 inches, I want to be able to fit 35's if I decide to go that big. What are my options fellas

What's the reason you would like it lifted?
Personally I wouldn't spend money on IFS lift kits, that's just me though.
You can fit 33's with just cranking the torsion bars a little and hammering the pinch welds.

Cranking the t-bars isn't bed as long as you don't over do it. Mine are cranked a little and my 33's rub flexing at full lock.
Also what engine trans combo does your runner have?

3.0 Auto.
Do the autos have problems wheeling at all? Anything else I should look out for?
Okay after my research I found a good rough Idea of what I think I will needs for my plans
1.5BJ spacers
2" coil spacers
OME shocks all the way around
OME steering stabilizer
Are there a good set of coils that are cheap that would suit this setup? Please critique it im looking to learn all I can.

I can't comment on the spacers you listed someone can chime in about them.
From what I've read the 3.0/auto is a dog, you should have factory 4.88 gears but you should double check that. You add too large/heavy of a tire you will want to regear. 33's you might be ok but 35's will probably be pushing it. I recommend a auxiliary trans cooler and a trans temp gauge on anything with an auto trans.

I'd get the lowest gears you think you'll ever need . You only want to regear once .
Most people run 4.88 or 5.29's with 35" inch tires. The 3.0 liter Toyota auto needs all the help it can get , I'd go 5.29's .
There are literally hundreds of threads devoted to regearing here , check FAQ's , check search function . Tires and gear setups are probably the most talked about subject on Yotatech ...
