Knuckle question

Pack that beotch full of moly grease - inside and outside of the balls. You need it on the inside to grease the birfs and on the outside to grease the trunion bearings. When you pack the inside, just apply a good coat around the perimeter of the balls so that you won't push a bunch of grease into your axle housing when you slide your birfs in.

yep , pack er' full of moly , and if you cut off the head of a bolt , it works as a perfect "alignment" tool to get the rest of the pieces and gaskets on . Get a few bolts in and then pull out the "tool" and replace it with a propper bolt , i know your done , but might help someone else lookin' in ..

Holy S**T that is a lot of moly! Have you had any issues with it oozing out? That was my concern with packing too much grease in there so I went with about 2/3 full figuring that I could alway pump in a little more if needed.

this is also "hand packed" so there is room for air once it get used .. you can see all here http://toyotatrekker.proboards.com/t...er-axle-seals#
