Regearing transfer case and I have a dual stick question

So I just ordered new gears for my transfer case through Advance Adapters (since Marlin doesn't seem to want to stock them anymore) as well as a new crossmember through BudBuilt. I figure while I have the case out and apart this would be a good opportunity to add in a dual stick as well. Marlin doesn't have their unit in stock, so I've found two different sellers and was wondering if anybody had any opinions on which was the better unit.

If anybody has any experience with either of these and would care to offer any advice it would be greatly appreciated!

I've used both, not a fan of the TG one. It's really bulky and overly large for the job it has to do.

I have the FROR twin stick in my rig. The shifters are rod and are easily bent into whatever position for clearance you need. IIRC, thus twin stick isn't as tall as the TG one.

Both were easy to install.

Thanx! I was leaning towards the Front Range kit, and that pushed me over the edge.

Ive been running the TG twin stick on my rear case now for 4 months and got plenty of use out of it with out problems, didnt find it overly bulky, unless bigblue was meaning its a tight fit through the factory hole in the floor in which case that wasnt an issue as the previous owner hacked an excessively large hole for the rear case that i had to make a nice cover plate for, while your in there get some Marlin HD detent springs, only a couple bucks extra and never have to worry about the shifters being bumped into neutral again.

^^Good call on replacing the springs. I'm going to order a couple today. I believe it's 2 for the transfer case...

I ordered the FROF twin stick kit over the weekend and going to grab a couple of springs from the wabbit tonight. BigBlue, thanks for the advice and the pic, and hopefully my truck will look pretty similar by the end of the month!

yea 2 sounds about right cause i believe i grabbed 3, one for crawl box and two for the rear case, its funny though if i drive someone elses truck though cause there shifters go way too easily compared to mine, but ive yet to have them pop out since, hate that oh hamburger sauce what just broke moment until ya realize its just in neutral cause it got bumped

I think you'll be happy with it. Just be careful bending them.

Finally got my twin stick kit (ordered 2/6... received 5/3... don't get me started!) so I broke down the transfer case to regear. Got it all apart last night and going to modify it for the new gear set tonight. Hopefully I'll have it all back together Saturday after I have some daylight to clean everything before reassembly. Additional updates to follow...
