Asian carburetor float bowl needs adjustment, running rich

Hello I'm in need of some help please. The fuel sight glass in front of the carburetor is full to the top and I think that's why my truck runs really rich, I've checked for vacuum leaks I have not been able to find any. if anybody could help with step by step instructions or maybe even pictures to help me adjust this I would really appreciate the help. Thanks and happy New year

Same problem. 83 22r camper sight glass is always full. After adjusting new float, sight glass full. Installed new rebuilt Aisan Carb yesterday, sight glass is full. As I watched the bowl fill truck ran great as fuel level reached center of glass but it kept rising to full and stalled.
Fuel pump pressure with spacer 4-5 PSI. Doubt the float level is off on new carb. What's goin' on?
