82 Frame on a 84 Truck

Will a frame for a 82 Toyota work for my 84 toyota truck.?

My farme is shot, found a great 82 frame and chassie, just want to make sure it will fit.

I'm pretty sure that the frame for an 84 is wider than the first gens

i think the axle width is the same, but the wheelbase is longer on the 84 iirc.
the body is wider also.
you will need to use a driveshaft for the 84.

research(google) wheelbase on the two trucks.
