Fuel line issue during 3.0L engine removal

im currently in the process of pulling my engine in my 92 pickup. Its the 3.slow v6, and i got everything removed except where the fuel line disconnects in the passenger wheel well. i used a 14mm fuel line wrench to attempt to disconnect it and ive seemed to strip the nut entirely. Any suggestions on how i can get this off? If i cut it, will there be an easy fix? Any where else were it can be disconnected? I realize this is a newbie question, hints the newbie section. While im asking, any other tricks i should know when it comes time to yank the motor out?
