Thumbs up Im New. Hello everyone

Just making my self known. Hello to everyone in washington. I got myself back into the truck side of toyota things. Picked up a 90 4runner this week. Ill be talking to everyone soon.

thanks.

anyone know if a dash harness without power windows and locks is prewired for locks and auto windows? i was diggin around and my guess and from what it looks like the answers no

Welcome to YotaTech. I've got a 91' 4Runner that has been slightly modified in different ways. Wish I could help you with the pre-wiring question but I don't have it on mine. The only other plugs behind the dash that is extra (on mine anyways) is for a/c. (which I don't have)

The answer to your question on the wiring is:
If your truck has the SR5 package then YES you are pre-wired. If your truck is the base model then no you are not pre-wired. To find out for sure look under the dash above the fuse panel. If you are pre-wired there will be three blue wire connectors 1st for the door locks 2nd for the power windows and 3rd for the remote mirrors. Good luck.
