91 v6 idles 400-900, taking off it bogs then jumps into power

so ive had this truck for about 4 months i drove it all winter with zero problems it had 300,000 i put 5000 on it. the other day i filled my tank full for the first time then went camping on a offroad trail. it was the first time i took it really offroad and i didnt run it hard at all really nothing over 2500 just creeping up the mountain. that morning going home when i would take off i would have too go to 4000rpm to get to 10mph cause it had no power at all then i would go to second let off and nail it and work fine and go to 25-30 like normal, drivin in town in 4th and step on it nothing happins, let off and nail it again it takes off. sometimes it works fine and then all the sudded it has no power it also does it on the highway. wont gain speed at like 60 let off nail it and it works, it has a clean filter and new plug wires and cap. ive heard of a throttle positon sensor or something could that be it? i dont know anything about these v6's and there problems besides valves and head gaskets. i put heat in it that day and it hasnt helped also put seafoam in yesterday and a little in the oil it started smoking so i know its working but no change.

check timing. if that is okay check all the spark plug wires are seated. if thats okay, check spark plugs if they are clean.

My moms car had a similar issue, wasn't a Toyota but it would slow to an almost stop while we pump the gas and then it would take off like a bunch of adrenaline was building up in it. It was the O2 sensor.

thats what me and my dad are thinking is the O2 sensor or TPS the O2 looked really cruddy when i had it on the hoist today so i should probly try that too if the plugs done solve it. i tried to change the fuel filter and the fitting towards the motor wouldent brake loose and was trying too twist the line off and i said F#$% it im not replacing the fuel line over this. 1/4 of a gallon ran out backwards so im sure if anything was in there it came out. let me know if you solve yours and what it was, not that it means thats my problem. this sucks though i already found a new car and i cant sell this thing know, its frustrating and i just spent a week and $400 doing a 1 day job on my chevelle swapping trannys, then my fourwheeler is having problems and needs parts. its just one thing after another this spring

i changed the plugs today and 2 on the passenger side were loose and one the electrodes were completely gone so im assuming that was the main problem having 1 dead cylinder and 2 with low compression. know all i need to do is power wash my carpet put the new bumper on and paint the new bottom valance panel orange so it adds too the look and shes up for sale and down the road she goes. hopefully il be back here with another toyota but most likley im getting a chevy. toyota will always be the best truck i ever had.
