needed: rear crossmember/ideas

I have an 85 4runner, the previous owner did a "home built" 3-link.
To save some grief, lets just say it was done improperly. . . . very improperly.

Ive got everything else sorted out, but he welded to the rear crossmember that holds the fuel tank. Where it was welded in, sheared out. Instead of polishing a turd, I would like to replace the crossmember and re-do the heim joint bracket.

Im looking for aftermarket solutions, or someone who has built thier own to chime in and give advice and points where they ran into trouble.

Only thing I can see is making sure the tank skid bolts back up to it, and having enough clearance for the driveshaft.
