? rust HOLES repair, cab

wanting to get ideas on how to repair this rust bucket
missing cab corners and rockers, and much more

the cab mount by the right door is useless. the door is sagging down, and must be pushed up, and the rear pillar pushed in to close the door

the floor insulation came off easily in large chunks with a hammer and chisel.

I do have a welder and a donor xtracab

I think you would be better off doing a cab swap instead of trying to repair that rust, if it was just a few small rust holes then it would be worth it, but that cab has major structural damage and isn`t worth trying to fix.

I have a good cab with one rust hole that you can have. But you need to pay for freight to ship it. I need to get it out of the yard. The cab is stripped to the shell only. Just let me know. I am on the coast in NC.

Gallons of JB Weld and a train load of duct tape might fix it .

I really didn`t think it was all that bad about average for the ones I fix.

i had this problem on my 4runner and ground away the rust and wire wheeled it and then use the foam to feel gaps and pop riveted some sheet metal in place and used the foam to fill the gaps and used rubber undercoating on the back side. i did that a year or 2 ago. seems to be holding up alright.
