Truck-Bedz Mattress Pics

I picked this up for my drive from Mass to California next week. I opted for the cheaper unit but it still seems really durable and the Zodiac boat valves are nice. With the pump it fills up in about 60 seconds.

I figured I'd post a few pics because I had to back out of my LCE Header purchase a few weeks ago due to the fact that I completely lost my brakes on the road and I had to put the header money into a new master cylinder, front calipers, pads and rotors. The good news is my truck stops really nicely now.

Looks good man. You'll have to update us later with a review of the comfort. I really want to get one of these for my '87 to use for base camping this summer. Everyone who gets one seems to be happy with it.

I have yet to sleep on it but I've lied down on it for a minute and it's pretty nice. I have a 2" thick memory foam I'm going to put over it I think.

I'd put a bedrug in first that bare metal could be "surprising" if you roll over in the night... (she might not like it either)... don't forget to tint the back windows too... heh heh heh

Ive got one of these for my Taco, and they are great! Comfy as hell, pack up really small, and the air pump works great both to inflate and deflate the mattress. I would definitely recommend getting the heavy duty one though, as my light duty one has a slow but steady leak such that my butt ends up on the bottom by morning. No matter how careful you are, some little bit of debris will get to it, and I feel the heavy duty one would not puncture so easy. I sweep out my bed, lay a thick blanket down, and put foam padding on sharp corners new the tailgate before I use mine.

I also have the Camp-Right tent for over the bed, this combo is great

I have it folded up into a pillow case that you can see sitting on the bed in one of the pics. I could probably compress it smaller but the pillow case is fine by me. And yes it's the short bed one. $69.99 I believe.

Here is mine in the back of my 86 when I still had it.

Folded up in the top of my camping box.

Same bedz in the back of the 4runner, just had to flip it around. (no that is not my kid)

Last time I used it out camping, yes it's under there. Believe it or not all three of us slept in there very comfortably.

I ended up getting rid of the wife in the picture and keeping the dog and 4runner.
