Install Panel Speakers In A Toyota

I am wanting to install speakers in my 1992 toyota ex cab pickup. The problem is that they only come with the factory speakers in the Dash. I have replaced those but I want to put in door panel speakers. Has anyone done this or know how to? Also has anyone added subs and amplifier to stereo system. If so what is the best fit (size of subs) for this model of Toyota pickup and where did you put them in so that they didn't take up room for passengers. I considered putting them under the back seats and also in the back seat side panels that are used for storing stuff but I don't want to mess around with it until I have a good idea of what direction to go in. Thanks for your help.

I'm not sure what you mean by "panel" speakers, can you explain?
