3vze engine water outlet corroded!!!

Hi friends!!!
yesterday i was looking to my 4runner engine and feel a strong coolant odor!! so a leak was in there but where?
i found that the engine water outlet was corroded and has little pinpoints holes that leaks when the metal expand,so i cleaned and take for a ride after 20 min. inspect the water outlet again and it was leaking a drop or two by minute.
so i know is time to replace it but i cant find it in any auto part shop. i live in puerto rico and i dont want to get an used one new is the way to fix it.
any help with this???
thanks!!!!

Your problem is more serious than you know.

already read that post and check my engine for signs or leaks none found compression is good in all cylinders and the entire cooling system flushed.new coolant with redline adds to prevent contamination and rust, service made by proffesional not me.
1 month since then and no signs of rust in the radiator water or reservoir.
coolant is green but is safe for toyotas doesnt have silicates.
i think the material of the outlet is the cause of rust in engines i have owned 6 4runners and all shows this the problem is that the upper outlet is not available at stores, but the lower one is in fact it comes with the water pump and is made from a hard plastic material like modern radiators.

You could try cleaning it and using JB Weld. Follow the directions on the package to make sure you get a good bond.

engine water outlet

You can order this part at the Toyota dealer.
Don't forget Toyota Seal Packaging 102 (FIPG)
to make the "gasket" for the part.

It is a really good idea to change the coolant every
30K miles (2 years) flushing with distilled water until
colorless. With due respect for the directions in the
manual, I have used Prestone for 19 years now and
the coolant has always come out looking as good as it
when it went in, but I do flush every 30K miles...
