You'd have bigger tires than stock and more ground clearance. Your speedometer would also be slightly off, you'll feel a slight loss in power and gas mileage.

Edit: I see you're from Hawaii, you'll need 16 inches of lift to clear those tires, and 14" wide rims so they don't rub on the firewall at full stuff.

Absolutely nothing will happen you probably wont even notice a difference.

I'm currently running 36's on stock gearing and a 22r it sucks but i get around fine and can pull 70 mph

5spd its no big deal, actually when i got the truck it had 31's. always has.
my brother had 28s for a while an it seems faster but his mpgs suck. yet
he just had his rebuilt an put my spare 31's on it and its still faster lol. my mpg's
still win tho

seriously you wouldnt regret it, you would more than likely believe 31's were made
for our rigs, theyre the perfect size for dd/weekend warrior

In all seriousness though, I barely noticed a difference when I went from 235/75's to the 31's. The only place I noticed a difference was off-roading, cause my truck would make it places it wouldn't have before.
