Can run IFS hubs on solid or no?

I have the IFS hubs from my 94 4runner's IFS suspension and I am trying to bolt the conversion brakes on from TG, which are just LC rotors.... Anyway The bolt holes line up with the wheel studs and not the bolts that normally bolt the rotor to the hub...

Is there a difference between Solid axle hubs and IFS hubs?

Thanks guys...
