Vacuum help 86 4runner 22RE

I purchased a very clean 86 4runner, but the clown that owned it before me totally screwed up putting the #2 plug in and did even worse putting a helicoil in. That caused a lot of detonation which broke a piece of the valve off that luckily just exited right through the exhaust.

I decided to put a brand new head on it, but I am having trouble with the vacuum. I pretty much have it figured out, but the one I am having trouble with is right on the throttle body, just under the TPS. It is a larger hose, and cant figure out where it goes. Any help would be greatly appreciated. BTW I searched and my eyes hurt from looking at so many pictures, lol.

I will put up some pics of the truck and the head job when it is completed.

Here is a picture of the valve that broke.

Here is a picture, sorry I don't have one better, I am at work right now. The vacuum line in question is under the TPS. The yellow arrow shows the approximate location. The red arrow shows the hose, that is all that is visible of this hose in this picture.

watch those little hoses on top of the throttle body, that short one DOES NOT loop on itself like that. i am looking for better pics but see if you can see it here.

Ok, My intake looks different. The major thing is that in your pictures, your throttle body comes straight out, and mine tilts downwards.

yes i see what you mean.not exactly apples to apples..i can see some differences. but probably many similarities. the tube in question, if i am getting this right, comes from just under the throttle body as seen in my pic where i am taking off the connector from the throttle senso, to just at the back (and on) the thermostat housing.maybe on your's (looking at the pic where you have "HOSE" and "UNDER THIS" written it goes where the letter "H" in "HOSE" is.

I'm not a mechanic either.....i'm doing this ALL for the 1st time, so i am taking lots of pictures .....i don't think ENOUGH pictures though.

My truck does not have that connection on the front of the throttle body, it is further back, behind and underneath the TPS. And, on top of my thermostat housing is an electrical connection, not a hose connection.

Here are some pics of what I am talking about The first one is the hose in question. The black round thing is the TPS, and the bolt in the pic is the thermostat housing. you can barely see the hose clamp showing, that is the one i am wondering about.

The second pic shows a bare nipple, what goes there? It is on the back of the intake, below where the PCV hose goes.

The hose your talking about is a coolant hose, that hose comes off the intake manifold behind the thermostat housing and conects to the throttle body. There is another hose on the bottom of the throttle body close to that one that conects to the idle air control valve, this lets coolant circulate through the throttle body.
