Low idle and engine stall

It's lunch time, went out to start my 4Runner, won't start, it fires up, but stalls. If I step on gas slightly, engine won't die, but as soon as I let the gas pedal go, the engine idles low and dies. No CEL light. This morning when I go to work it was fine.

I searched a little bit, found this point to the MAF, IAC, throttle body:

but I had them serviced at the dealership:

What else could be the problem?

Tks

Ouch. $90 to clean a MAF, and 159 for throttle body service? You got ripped.
...Anyways, you will be throwing a MIL soon. If you do not, verify that your light is functional. It does sound like it is a IAC or MAF.

Unplug MAF, it will go into failsafe mode. If it becomes drivable, there is your problem.

When I went home that day, the truck still won't start, but when I turn the key for a longer periods of time or step on gas hard (Don't know exactly which). The truck mysteriouly started and never fail again. However, I still followed the instruction and bought some TB and MAF cleaner and cleaned my TB and MAF just for peace of mind.
