My first flop, with pics

Having a little too much fun today at Kelly Flats with my Mom, and realized that Swampers are very grippy. So grippy, in fact, that I climbed right up this boulder and rolled on my side. Whipped out the good old Harbor Freight Come-a-Long and had it back on its wheels in about 10 minutes. Nothing broke, not even a crack in the windshield, and craziest of all, the truck continued to run for a long time, carbureted!

There really was no damage. My mirror was loose before, and now it's tight and doesn't flop down.

I don't quite follow that 2nd sentence, sorry.

Ouch!

Looks like that drivers-side slider helped you out though.

Yep, sure did. The tool box also helped quite a bit.

It was her idea to "give it one more try, I think I can get a better picture from this angle".

I ALMOST had my first flop this weekend but i defied the laws of physics and stayed on all 4. Good deal you got away with a good clean cab though.

Yes, I never saw it coming, and I was very lucky.

She was taking pictures from a safe distance, but she did ride along during this part of the trail 3 times.

A built wheelin rig missing half of its panels and your worried about the paint on the roof

Edit: What amazes me about this flop is that you recovered it with a come along. Maybe i should think about getting one
