When I flipped mine I just put on two new ubolts per side and made my own plates out of 3/8" steel, drilled five holes and was set. Let me know if you want me to send you a pic of the template to follow. Cost me like $2 per plate.

What shape are the u-bolts, round or square? You'll need round for a Toy rear axle, if it's for the front (SAS?) it depends on what axle you're using.

AOR's flip kits are probably the best quality ones out there, but their service sucks. I've never once been able to get them to answer the phone. They don't respond to emails unless you threaten them, and it takes ages for them to get product to the customer. Both times I've ordered from them it took forever to get the simplest things like flip kits and shackles. I cannot recommend anyone buying anything from them regardless of their new "in stock" BS, especially since they don't have any unique products left.

Here's some others:

Talk to sky especially, if anyone is willing to sell just the plates my bet is he will. Hell, last I remember he's in the Portland area. You could even pick them up.

Or just make your own... If you noticed, all of the commecial ones are bent up at the ends. This is to strengthen them against bending down from the tension of the u-bolts, thin (<½") flat plate will bend easily without these bends in them. So in other words if you want to make your own be sure to use at least ½" plate or add these bends.

You'll also need some new lower shock mounts with the u-bolt flip:

Rear u-bolt flip

I can also make custom u-bolt plates (3/8" steel, bent ends and bump stop attachment bracket) w/ or w/o u-bolts:

Also can add shock mount brackets to the plates:
