Sorry no boobies today. I thought id share what i drew up on Solidworks on what id like to have my rack look like. I just got some Yakima towers for my gutterless rackless truck and thought this would make a nice addition. Anyways tell me what you think and maybe show me what kinda racks you guys got.

 

it is sick but why are the supports outside of the main rails? wouldnt water get in there and rust the crud outta it? either cap them off which would be a pain in the arse or just put them between the main rails.
btw i like the emblem on it.

 

Im probably going to powder coat the entire thing, so no need to worry about rust

 

good looking rack, if you powder coat it you should be ok on the rust if you live in clackamas, i still think the above idea of moving the supports inside the rails would be good though because it allows more surface area to weld to.

 

Looks like it would be heavy, depending on what materials you're using (obviously).

 

1x1 square tube with .100" wall. I was going to bend the corners but bending is way to much

 

I would lose some, but not all of the inner I guess "grating" material.
Other then that, I would go with move the mounts like others said.
But looks sweet, And maybe another TOY emblem on the back part too

 

That's where I was thinking a lot of unnecessary weight would come from.

 

that looks great and would be awesome if you could get it made outta aluminum...

buuuut... IMHO, id get rid of the front and back squares with the logos... it will create a LOT of wind resistance... maybe move the side supports like the above posters said and put the plates on the side instead...
