Tensioner pulley, I cant get it to loosen up!

Tensioner pulley, I cant get it to loosen up!

Okay so I got it all taken apart and I need help with the tensioner pulley I cant get it to loosen up, any help is appreciated I have a picture attached of the little piston thing I can't get to loosen.

Dude you have to remove the entire unit. That piston will not come out like that and should not. it has two bolts below. Losen evenly and the entire unit will come out as one. You will need a press to compress the "piston" piece back to were it belongs. I sujest a whole new one. It will come with all you need. Read a manual before you look to do this agian.
