Thurs. JULY 10 SEATTLE MID-WEEK RUN

Okay Folks,

The mid-week runs return! I think we've more or less shown Tinkham who the boss is, although there is more exploring that could be done, I'm voting for a change of venue, and am open to suggestions.

I know we've all been furiously modding our vehicles since the last run. Mark has his air compressor running, I've got my lift in, and hopefully my CO2 set up will be put together then (between the group, it should only take us about 20 minutes to air up this time!, so more time on the trail!!!), and Kevin has his running board removed. Rob is also prepared to supply electricity to the City of Seattle with his new electrical system.

At any rate, subscribe to this thread (not the older threads) for details!

Cool! I should have my compressor in by then as well so I will finally get to see what airing down is all about. Count me in unless I have to work the 11th. Late nights and early mornings don't mix to well with me.

We could do Mt. Gardner and just keep an eye on the brush factor. It's a bit more challenging than running Tinkham. We could also head out 90 a bit further and hit some of the trails out that way.

The 10th should work for me.

...and I've gotten exactly nowhere on my mods. :cry: I did get some of the steel cut for my front spring hanger yesterday though, hoping to finish that this weekend...

Shane,

You're in the process of doing a SAS? Must be a pretty burly task. Hey, if you've got access to welding equipment, think you could tack on my Pan hard drop bracket some time? Hope you can make it out on the 10th. You've got three days ahead of you to get everything done, snap to it!

Yep, axle swap but not this weekend. Just building the front hanger. I'm still waiting on springs, shocks, and a few other parts that haven't shown up yet. I wanted to do the whole thing this weekend but that bastard Murphy stepped in and cancelled that plan. At this point I'm pretty sure I won't be done in time for the jam in August. I could do the drop bracket for you, just not sure when. I've had pretty much no free time lately

Hey David?

{ghhsst}
Yeah Mark?

{ghhsst}
Whad you think of Kevin's new subs?

{ghhsst}
I dunno... We'll see how they work once we have to pull him out of that ditch he's about to slide into.

{ghhsst}
Yeah... that should be fun. To bad we didn't have a way to tell him to watch out for that rock on the right.

{ghhsst}
Yeah... but ya' know, he's got his subs now, so...

Hey Grape,
Whats going on man. Are you going to head out with us on the 10th.

Yes I just responded to it. My e-mail is kinda messed up right now. Since the 30th of June Comcast has switched me over to there e-mail system, my e-mails are coming in waves instead of when they are actually sent.

Are you going to wheel with Ben,Rob and myself on the 19th? It's the the naches prerun.Rob and myself did a little bit of it when we when camping. It's going to be fun.

Rob,
Where is Mt. Gardner? Not too far from Tinkham...right?

I doubt I'll go to Eastern WA on a weeknight. It's far...even for me. Cle Elum is about an hour from my place.
