Hi all,
I have just finished the body restoration on my 1988 4Runner.
It turned out great!
Now I would like to replace or rebuild the tired 3.0 V-6 (with a bit more performance if possible).
I also want to install a small lift kit.
Questions:
What would you suggest my best route is to engine rebuilding? Who and where do I find the parts?
Also who makes a good lift?
I intend to buy 4 Mickey Thompson 15x8 Classic II wheels and some bigger tires.
Any thoughts on these wheels? How big of tire should I go for?
