I want to get one of the Marlin Crawler heavy duty shifter seats but how do I know which transmission I have in my 93 4Runner V6 3.0L?

Yea you will have an R150, not an R150F or W56. W56 is for 4bangers, R150F is for newer 4runners and tacomas with the 5vz, the only difference ive noticed between the R150 and the R150F is that the Tcase output is on the opposite side.
