Unhappy New remanufactured 3vze engine, Running Rough. *tear*

I threw a rod in my old engine, so i went ahead an decided to get a new engine.
I got the remanufactured engine professional installed. They did all new belts, knock sensor, new gaskets.

I ride with the mechanic Thursday and it rides great did a 5 mile lap.
I get the truck back Friday, Drive it around it runs nice and smooth.
On the way home Friday im doing about 55-70 traffic is fluxing. I noticed im losing a little power, Ill be in 4 or 5 gear at 3000rpm and it the gas and not accelerate. This gets better while driving. Figure maybe im just breaking in the engine. I get the truck home and park it, then go to pick up a friend and i notice like a shake or rumble. It happens very noticeably when Im in third gear at about 3000rpm then let of the gas promptly, it shakes or has a slow vibration.

Any insight on what the problem could be? or a way to check for something. The engine light didn't come on, but i also noticed the cruse control hasnt worked since i got it back.

Could it have to do with the transmission?

Ill go double check that, but if a wire was disconnected i would assume it would run rough on acceleration, through all gears.

i just did a lap around the block, seems it does it on any gear, but it doesn't seem do it through the whole RPM spectrum.

Ok it seems to do it through every gear, and every rpm, it just more noticeable in some rpms 2500-3000, and VERY noticeable on deceleration, or gearing down.

I checked the wires, and the distributor cap, they seem to be on good, i cant really reach the plugs.

Is it an engine or drive train vibration ? Double check all connections underneath for the tranny. When I completed my rebuild, I drove almost 100 miles with all the cross-member bolts backed out 90%!! This cause some unusual noises but all was well when I torqued them down.

Contact the people that installed it for you. You should have some sort of warranty.

x3 on the return to installer.

On a bad note I did my own rebuild. Same issues, rough idle and rough running. All other signs pointed to electrical or injector or along those lines. Did a silly compression check just to make sure....Sure as , I got a weak one. You should try pullin your plugs one by one to check if it is dragging a cylinder. g/l!
