Anybody have pics of 3.4L Mounted to Engine Stand?

I'm getting ready to take apart a donor 3.4L engine that will be going into my 4Runner in the next few months and I'm mounting it to a stand.

Anyone have suggestions as to which mounting holes to use? The only one I am really worried about are the starter mounting holes... they are in a good place to mount but will the aluminum block support the weight of the engine right there?

Also, if anyone knows what size bolts go in the different mounting holes it will save me some hunting time.

Thanks!!

Exactly what I needed - thanks a million. It looks like the starter mounting points WILL support the engine... cool.

Just so the info is here in case someone runs across this in a search, the four bolts that thread into the block and attach to the engine stand are 19mm fine thread.

Now it's time to get to work!

I always heard they were M12x1.25 (19mm=3/4 and sounds awful big)

but how long?

Be very, very, very careful if you're going to rotate the engine in the stand from upright to upside down! It will spin faster than Lindsay Lohan on a weekend bender...

Use a really, really long snipe and two people to slowly rotate it. And all I used were the tranny bolts.
