Weird idoling problem(seem weird to me)
When I put on the brake it's starts to idol funny(not funny haha) then when I let off the brake it idols high at about 1500-1600 rpm. when my foot is on the brake it drops to about 800-900 rpm and then up to around 1200-1300 rpm then back down to 800-900 rpm. I really have no idea what's causing this
please help

THis is a common problem with an automatic tranny (that's what you have, isnt' it?). I don't know the exact fix, but I'm sure someone will come along soon with your solution.

I'd bet you have a vacuum leak. Run an UNLIT propane torch around the intake & all vacuum lines; if it idles up, you have a leak there. Check the brake booster line first.

You're caught in the fuel-cut/fuel-return loop. You most likely have an intermittent vacuum or air intake leak. Try the propane trick or use a spray bottle to mist some water around. The mist will get sucked in and cause a quick RPM drop.
