where is it on an 89 4runner? i couldnt find it in the manual or on a box cover, and i searched...for like a minute.

The main fuse is behind the kick panel by your left foot on the driver's side.

supposed to be under the hood by the battery where all the other fuses are and on top of the cover it will say efi

In the pre 90's the efi relay is also in the kickpanel, 90+ its in the bay fusebox.
