shifter length question

shifter length question
Does anybody know if there is a difference in length from the "ball" of the shifter to the bottom of the shifter between the various manual trannies that mate to the 3vze? The "ball" being the part that sits on the shifter seat bushing and the bottom being the part that goes into the tranny itself.
