What the deuce is happening with the wiring for your rock lights? It might be possible for you to clean that up a little.

Yes looks like poop..
I have some ideas to redo my dash and wasn't sure where I was going to run the wire. I will run them up this weekend to get them out of the way..

Wow, that turned out really nice>>> X 2 !!! hahaha. They are removable, I take it?

I have to admit, I saw that wiring and thought, "Wait, .. I must have clicked the wrong link...that CAN NOT be DZ's Work!" hahaha. I know, sometimes you run wire enough to run everywhere, etc., etc.,.. then get distracted or pulled into something else. TOTALLY get that! hehe.

Hey, I saw you cruising the Trekker yesterday afternoon, I was turning onto 185th from Walker coming from dropping the wife off at work and saw you stopped at the light right before noon. Looking good, glad you finally got it to pass DEQ

Thanks Chef, the diamond plate can be removed. I wired the rock lights over the summer, thought the rest of the project would be done in a week

3 tan trekkers in the PDX area, I know who owns the other two and mine is the only one with tailights moved out of the stock location

got lucky and was the only bidder on a 30" LED light bar, got it pretty dang cheap..puts out a ton of light..just need to figure out a place to mount it, thinking about mounting it on the inside to my cage, would just need to make a shade to keep it from flooding the passenger compartment:

got it for $219, the seller has had the buy it now at around $380...

This post is more for reference for myself. Been accumulatng some more lights that put out more light than my current set of backup/rock lights.

Oval output

Square 4 led output

Rectangular. 6 led output

Hoping to get some of the lights swapped out this week..just wanted to have output pics so I can pick the right light mounting spot

thanks, glad you like it..

i was gonna work on the lights today but the weather is crap with rain and 25-30 mph winds and the garage is filled with misc junk so I worked on some interior projects:
replaced my old cracked grant steering wheel with one I got a good deal on ebay..only 1" bigger in diameter, that should keep my fingers away from the cage and it has a couple of extra horn buttons up by the notchs:

mounted my locking center console..nice to have two separate compartments and cupholders

picked up some tube clamps from Frontier 4x4 (great service and prices) that I plan to use to make a removeable passenger side grab bar and rear seat belt mount for my harnesses:
