Was wondering if anyone knew of a standalone dvd to avi, mpeg, or wmv convertor that doesn't require install. I'm on a work computer, and I can only use exe files, I can't use anything that actually installs on the computer, you know what I mean? I'm trying to convert a small file off a dvd with someones eye surgery so I can send it through email, if anyone can help, thanks.

I use Tsunami movie encoder to take the huge AVI files my Fraps software creates when I record PC games.

I have to convert them to smaller MPEG 1 files before Windows Movie Maker will accept them to convert them over to a smaller WMV file.

The above program you just unzip it to a folder, then make a short cut to it.
Let me know if that program will work for you or not.
