Ok, I just got Call of Duty for mac. I used to have the demo a while ago. How do I force it into widescreen? I read the readme, did what it said to do, but I just get a flickering screen. Anyone get it to work in widescreen on a powerbook? Thanks!! Those black bars are getting really annoying!!

 

you gotta change the resolutionin the in game options

it says in the readme that I have to put in custom resolutions though the console (in the game) no way to just click a setting for widescreen, I have tried what they said to do without success

 

1) Create a copy of the default config file
2) Change the resolutions in that file and call it something you can remember (widescreen.cfg for example)
3) Go into the console and do /exec widescreen.cfg

I think that should work for COD.
