What to put in the other din slot or a good face kit...

Any places where I can get a good face kit for a single din player to fit our double slot? I want something that looks clean. Thanks
Tim

Typically you can get a kit that makes one of them a pocket. Check with your local autosound shop.

I think I have a metra brand kit, which probably has the best quality pocket out there.

I have one in there now, but plan on putting a half din EQ that I have laying around here...

urn,

i bought a metra pocket from another member awhile back. it fits perfectly and looks good. see some pics at the bottom of my writeup http://www.4runners.org/articles/headunit

I think i'll cut up a piece of felt and glue it in there so it holds stuff better.

under my dvd player, I put a mcintosh mpm4000 meter module. Sure it might cost more than a dash kit, but it sure is nice to bask in the glow of a pair of mac meters.

I got it for a couple reasons. At the time I knew I was going to be purchasing some mac soon, and it was christmas time and it was the only thing in the realm of a reasonable christmas preasant price. So i asked Santa for it :xmas3: . Plus at the time, due to a lack of equipment, i was running a 500x2 amp on my 6.5 compents. Beleive me it was nice to be able to keep an eye on everything, to keep it from blowing.
