Weird stereo problem

I am trying to figure out why I dont have power going to my radio. I have a 92 Toyota pickup 22re 5 speed. My cig lighter and clock work and no fuses are blown. I get 12 v at all fuses and if I move fuse box the radio will come on till it gets bumped agian. I'm thinking of running a new wire in place of factory wire to radio because I think that's my problem. Does anybody have a fsm for the electrical schematic so I can be positive I have the right wire coming out of fuse box. I'm most certain it's the grey wire that is on the back top harness connector. The power wire from behind radio is grey for 12v so I'm just making educated guess this must be the wire. Sorry for long post.

Changed out fuse block on kick panel and radio works. Not sure why mine went but guessing when I was cutting/ grinding/ welding ˟˟˟˟ must have gotten in and screwed something up.
