To be honest, I would be happy with the added sound of just the Subaru subwoofer. Drove the Outback on a long-ish trip and I have no complains whatsoever about its sound. It won't shake the neighbor's windows by any means, but it certainly adds a lot of bass and takes up zero space.

oops! sorry guys. i was just getting info on that compact sub of subie that fit under the seat. i know it comes with the wiring harness, but i only need the harness.

i use a 50 watt powered bazooka. paid 9 bucks @ a thrift store with the harness. its not too big ordinarily there about 50 bucks used. decent power and bass. enough for me that is..
