welcome to the site, they are held on with trim clips... you can buy a special tool, or jsut yank on the panel and replace some of the clips later if you need them

yank on it....they'll come off. Make sure to go slow and take off any trim around the pull off parts that are screwed in.

alright i got 5.25 inch Infinity Refrence 5002i speakers and they are to big for the holes where the factory speakers were. should i just cut out a bigger hole to accomadate the speakers, or just get smaller speakers?

What did you end up doing?

The speakers in my "new" 92 also need to be replaced. I took the fronts and inspected them this morning. The previous owner replaced the stock speakers, but didn't crimp connectors onto the wires. I fixed that and now the fronts work just fine.

Still need to replace the rear 5" though.

Also, did you do anything with the speakers up above in the back? I think mine are ok, but I need to fix the lower speakers first.

Thanks,

Nvision

for the back i just cut a hole in the panel and custom mounted them and covered them with the grill. there are no speakers in the upper part of the back panels in mine. ill try and get some pictures up of my back install.
