Get the Metra dash kit, the wiring harness, and a factory wiring diagram and have at it! I imagine wiring the GPS is a biatch....

What other solutions do I have for a Double Din size Nav unit with dvd ? I dont really wanna buy all separate components and have a messy hookup.

That's what's so great about the N1...It's all one unit! The dash kit will put a pocket above or below the navi. What would bug me is the need to have the DVD Navi disc in, and not being able to play another.

I'd look into the kenwood P-NAV7015 Click Here

Its got a 6.5" D-Din screen for a more factory look, and also has a seperate dvd player that stays out of the way so you don't have to worry about losing or scratching the $100+ (probably a lot more) dvd.

Not to make your decision any harder, espcially if you already have the pioneer... Its a really good deck!

There's also the Eclipse AVN2454

All-in-one unit -- everything fits in the double-din slot.

I second the Eclipse AVN2454. I absolutely love mine. You can check out pictures and a similiar discussion in this thread https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f96/help-me-choose-avic-n1-vs-ddx-7015-a-41208/
