Need help with speaker replacement

Alright. My dad has a 2002 Toyota Sienna minivan with the JBL sound system in it. The passenger side front speaker is rattling REALLY bad. What I'd like to know is if I can just buy a regular mid-range driver and install it in that spot. Or will I need to replace it with a full blown component system.

I REALLY would rather just change out the damaged speaker as cheaply as possible. I wasn't sure if there was a passive crossover in the door, similar to the component systems you can buy.

Anyhelp would be greatly appreciated

Junkyard...

It may throw the sound off to where it can bother a person if it's not the same speaker.

What size it it?

Probably a 6.5" or oversized 6.5". I haven't looked yet, and thats what crutchfield lists. I may have someone that has a few of the stock Toyota speakers just laying around. I'm going to see how that works out.

I don't think switching out the speaker would bother a person very much, especially if its rattling this bad. Can't hurt to try i guess.
