It does suk in that it can't handle the master iTunes list for example. However, I've been experimenting in defining 'play lists' and as long as each list is under 255 (I think), it works well. iTunes has the 'recenty installed' play list by default to access the latest ones.

I think the prblem isn't the AI-Net interface as much as the HU itself. I seem to recall reading about the same liit before there was an Alpine interface.

My playlists at the moment are 'Albums' where it has anything > 50MB and then 'ABC' (any artist starting with A B or C) and so one. It works well, but as you say, has the on limitation which can be a PITA.

No, I can't see all the tunes. Having something like 1600 songs is a long chore to spin the dial to find anyway. Using play lists is much easier. I"m still trying to find a shuffle mode ... I'm sure there is one, just not sure if it reaches all titles.
