Problems with this #1 Cyl Plug?

Photo of the plug pulled from my #1 during a recent timing belt replacement (don't ask). Any reason for concern with the gunk?

1999 4runner, 3.4, 4x4

It's probably a tiny amount of blow-by getting between the steel and porcelain. Time to replace them- obviously. We've all had them before.
