everytime i leave my computer alone for about 5 mins or 10 mins, like don't touch it at all, yotatech logs me out automatically?!??!? LOL

it's not that big of a deal, it's just VERY annoying lol so if it's something in my profile settings or something...one of ya'll mods can go in a change it...lol or atleast tell me how to

did you log in with the "remember me" block checked?

 

I have never had this happen to me here.
I am also using Firefox for my browser.

Try deleting your cookie though for the forum, shut the browser down, then login and see what happens.

if it's any consolation, it doesn't do it on my dad's desktop? but it does it on my laptop???

and yes, if i don't touch the yotatech site for an extended period of time (around 5 mins or more) then it logs me out..and it's annoying when i'm uploading pics and it takes a while, then all the sudden i'm done, hit post, and it logged me out LOL

Hmmm, well I do know that on my work computers I get logged out too. However, are computers are "big brother" controlled and who knows how many firewalls and stuff are running.

 

Yes, this is weird.
I also log on from work where there are some major firewalls, and I never have an issue there either.

 

I thought this was normal , this is always happening to me . from work or home .

I am typing in the description of a new thread i started and if i take to long im logged out .

and not only that my connection keeps getting reset , only for yotatech though.

I refreshed and still same thing , i clicked on craigs and it was fine

 

one day it just stopped logging me out, its much easier to always be logged on now

 

I've never had this problem...there are times when I'm on the same page for 30+ minutes doing some modding and I never have problems.

yea mine still does it LOL!!!

wish it didn't though...it hacks me off when i gotta log back in every few minutes if i walk away from my laptop
